HEALTH AND WELLNESS
All regular full-time salaried employees and their families are entitled to a comprehensive benefits program through RBC Insurance.
At the time of joining, you will receive an email with your Plan Member ID which you will use to set up your account on our RBC Benefit platform. Instructions can be found in your welcome email, linking toenrollment here with Kotn’s Group Policy Number here: RBC00002216. TEAM DISCOUNT
As a benefit of being a part of the Kotn team, each Team Member receives a personal discount of 40% off the retail price for any Kotn branded items and 20% off the retail price for any Third Party items. Your Team Member discount is in effect upon the signing of your employment contract. Enjoy!
This discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. For sale or discounted product, Team Members may purchase product at the greater of either the retail markdown sale price or at 40% off the original retail price. Products purchased under any Kotn discount are subject to the same customer return policy.
CLOTHING ALLOWANCE
As a token of our appreciation, Kotn team members are given an annual clothing allowance in the form of a Kotn Gift card - which may be physical or virtual. The gift card amount is standardized per employee level. Cards are provided in 2 installments over the course of the year - March and September, with one-half of the eligible amount in each installment.
The cards are issued by the People Operations team. All new team members will receive their first gift card on their start date and the second in alignment with the disbursement schedule annually.
The Kotn gift card can be combined with the Team Member discount of 40% off and is redeemable in store or online. Clothing allowances cannot be redeemed for cash, used towards Third Party items, or for any purchases not intended for you as the Kotn team member.
FAMILY & COMMUNITY DISCOUNT
As part of our personal communities, our friends and family may receive 15% off the retail price for any Kotn branded or Third Party items. This 15% off can be used in combination with a product markdown, but cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
We value our community and the relationships that come into fruition through our network of businesses that surround our stores. We offer our neighbours within the area a 15% off the retail price discount for all Kotn branded or Third Party items.
Our regular return policy applies to Family & Community discount purchases: which may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days.
