Conduct at Company Events

We believe it’s important to celebrate our success and connect as a team. From time to time you may be invited to attend company events at which both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are provided. It is important to remember to use your best judgment and act responsibly. Our violence and harassment policies are in full effect at company events, whether onsite at the office or not. Drinking and driving will not be tolerated. If you have been drinking at a company event, please do not drive. At Kotn’s discretion, they may provide you with safe transportation via a rideshare app or you may expense a ride home from your own rideshare app or taxi service.
