If you’d like to bring a packed lunch, we have a fridge and other kitchen appliances available for everyone to use. Please be neat, and be sure to label any foods with known allergens.

SMOKING AND VAPING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the building. If you choose to smoke or vape, please stand either outside in the backyard, or in other designated areas. Please be conscious and considerate, as tobacco and nicotine can be an allergen in the office.

ALLERGIES AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

If you have an allergy, especially one that may be life-threatening, please notify your manager of the allergy and its severity, prior to your first day of work or as soon as you are aware of the allergy. We will make every effort to accommodate.

We do request that employees be respectful of their colleagues' dietary choices and sensitivities. If you bring snacks to share, please label any common allergens and dietary info pertaining to the snack. Eg. you bring in vegan brownies but they include gluten, leave a sticky note that says “contains gluten, vegan friendly!”

    -Regardless of clothing choice, employees are expected to maintain a clean and neat appearance. Personal hygiene and grooming should be attended to regularly to ensure a professional atmosphere.

  • Expressing Personal Style and Identity;
    -We encourage employees to express their personal style and individuality through their clothing choices. This includes attire that reflects cultural, religious, or personal beliefs, as long as it does not violate any applicable laws or create a hostile work environment.
