Eligibility and Benefits Program;
At Top Business, we are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits program that supports the health and well-being of our regular full-time salaried employees and their families. Following a three-month probationary period, employees become eligible for the benefits program.Health Insurance Coverage;
Upon successful completion of your probation period, you will receive a physical medical card for your health insurance. This card grants you access to hospitals and medical services. If you have any inquiries regarding our coverage, the claims process, or general administrative changes, we encourage you to reach out to the Director of People.Confidentiality and Support;
We prioritize your privacy and well-being. Therefore, any information shared with the Director of People Operations regarding your coverage, claims, or administrative matters will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We are here to support you in navigating any questions or concerns you may have.
CLOTHING ALLOWANCE
As a token of our appreciation, Kotn team members are given a $600 annual clothing allowance. Allotments are given in 2 batches of $300 each, the first on your start date and the second on your 6-month work anniversary, and in the same manner annually for the duration of your employment with Kotn.
Clothing allowances cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used towards purchases of Kotn products. To shop our products,

Allowance Amount: $300 CAD.
Allowance Frequency: Once every 6 months.
Employee Discount: 40% off the retail price.
Eligible Products: Products produced in Egypt.
