As Kotn is built on relationships with our communities; including our friends, families, and business networks, we do allow for referrals of those in the aforementioned categories should the candidate prove to be the most suitable person for the position. In order to ensure fair treatment for all team members, the Kotn team member who made the referral, will not be conducting the interviews.
